Bringing your loved one into our care.
This honourable role is completed by a minimum of Two members of our family.

We always aim to ensure this is done as soon as possible so that our families can have peace of mind that their loved one is safe in our care.

When your loved one arrives at Valentine & Turner.
Personal belongings are checked and recorded by Two family members.

We will contact you to inform you of your loved one’s arrival here, and answer any questions you may have at that time.

The first 24 hours of care.

If wished, within the first 24 hours of your loved ones arrival, they will be showered, hair washed & dried, moisterized and placed into a gown awaiting your personal choices to be made.

Your involvement from the start.
We welcome all our families ‘Behind the scenes’ with our extremely high standards of care we allow full access to our state of the art mortuary which allows you to help be a part of preparing your loved one for their final journey if you wished to do so.

Spending time with your loved one.
Our chapel of rest is available to all our families by appointment.

Photos of your loved one can be placed inside before your arrival and requested music of your choice if desired can be played during your visit with us.
